Stanford earned a NCAA \u2018A\u2019 time standard, posting a time of 1:35.92. Second place Texas A&amp;M also earned an \u2018A\u2019 time. Air Force won the men\u2019s race with a time of 1:26.37. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stanford freshman<\/span><b> Ella Eastin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> continued to impress on Friday night, winning the 400-yard individual medley in 4:01.04, another \u2018A\u2019 time standard. Utah\u2019s <\/span><b>Kristian Kron <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">won the men\u2019s event with a time of 3:46.77. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Beryl Gastaldel <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">brought home Texas A&amp;M\u2019s first individual victory of the night. The sophomore won the 100-yard butterfly by only three-hundredths of a second. In the men\u2019s 100-yard butterfly, LSU swimmers finished in both first and second place. <\/span><b>Logan Rysemus <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">won the event with a time of 46.41. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Lia Neal <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of Stanford picked up the victory in the 200-yard freestyle. Neal posted a time of 1:44.87, winning the event by over a second. Utah\u2019s <\/span><b>Bence Kiraly <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">won the men\u2019s event, touching in at 1:36.06. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stanford\u2019s <\/span><b>Sarah Haase <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">earned an \u2018A\u2019 time standard in the 100-yard breaststroke. The Cardinal senior won the event with a time of 58.27. Air Force\u2019s <\/span><b>Michael Barnosk <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">won the men\u2019s event with a time of 53.08. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stanford earned yet another \u2018A\u2019 time in the 100-yard backstroke. Sophomore <\/span><b>Janet Hu <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">won the event with a time of 51.45. In the men\u2019s event, LSU\u2019s Rysemus won his second event of the night. The junior finished in 46.61. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The night concluded with the 800-yard freestyle relay. Stanford won the women\u2019s race with a time of 7:04.24. The team of Eastin, Neal, <\/span><b>Lindsey Engel <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Nicole Stafford <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">earned the Cardinals yet another \u2018A\u2019 cut. Arizona State won the men\u2019s event. The team of <\/span><b>Patrick Park, Sean Kao, Thomaz Martins <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Barkley Perry <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">finished in 6:29.91.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Despite Stanford&#8217;s strong swims on the women&#8217;s side, Texas A&amp;M&#8217;s depth has kept both the Aggies&#8217; men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s teams in first place.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Stanford women continued to roll at Friday night\u2019s finals of the Art Adamson Invitational.
