The Stanford freshman notched an \u2018A\u2019 time standard in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 1:54.53. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eastin wasn\u2019t the only swimmer to earn an \u2018A\u2019 cut in the women\u2019s 200-yard individual medley event. <\/span><b>Bethany Galat <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of Texas A&amp;M made the time standard by just over one-tenth of a second and finished second in the race. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stanford started off the evening with a win in the 200-yard freestyle relay. The Cardinals notched an \u2018A\u2019 cut and defeated second place Texas A&amp;M by nearly two seconds. LSU won the men\u2019s event, out-touching Air Force. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sarah Gibson <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of Texas A&amp;M won the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:42.43. <\/span><b>Bence Kiraly<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of Utah won the men\u2019s event with a time of 4:16.79. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After Eastin and Galat\u2019s 200-yard individual medley race, <\/span><b>Brandon Goldman<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of LSU won the men\u2019s race with a time of 1:46.46.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Beryl Gastaldello <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.86. Gastaldello\u2019s time was exactly that of the \u2018A\u2019 time standard. <\/span><b>Alex Linge <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of LSU won the men\u2019s event with a time of 20.01. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Stanford earned an \u2018A\u2019 time standard and won the 400-yard medley relay by over three seconds.
