Those included junior <b>Will Licon<\/b>, who swept the breaststroke events in both contests, and freshman <b>Ryan Harty<\/b>, who also won four events on the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>After the NC State meet, Licon talked about his return to dual meet competition following his breakout, two-title performance at last March\u2019s NCAA Championships and his runner-up finish in the 200 breast at U.S. Nationals this past summer. Licon discussed how the Olympic year affects the NCAA season and explained some of his goals for this season, including how the 100 breast factors into his program.<\/p>\n<div class=\"oembed-wrap\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Will Licon, Texas (after NC State dual meet)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hqOmJFVeQGs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Harty, meanwhile, swept the backstrokes against the Wolfpack and also took down Licon with a blazing back half in the 200 IM.
