Steen Aquatic Center in Gambier, Ohio. The Kenyon Lords took the meet handily, cruising to a 196-104 victory, while the Denison women slipped passed the Kenyon Ladies with a 157.5-142.5 win.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s Meet<\/h2>\n<p>The Kenyon Lords took every race but one, with six different individuals earning\u00a0the top spot and\u00a0<strong>Ryan Funk, Ian Reardon, Joey Duronio\u00a0<\/strong>each claiming two first-place finishes. Funk won the 50 free (20.92) and 100 fly (50.91), Reardon took the 200 breast (2:08.08) and the 400 IM (4:06.20), while Duronio was victorious in the 200 free (1:41.96) and the 100 free (46.72).<\/p>\n<p>Kenyon&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Arthur Conover\u00a0<\/strong>won the 1000 freestyle (9:37.99),\u00a0<strong>Percy Gates\u00a0<\/strong>won the 100 back (51.88), <b>Trevor Manz\u00a0<\/b>took the 100 breast (58.52),\u00a0<strong>Jon Zimdars\u00a0<\/strong>won the 200 fly (1:53.80), and\u00a0<strong>David Perez\u00a0<\/strong>took the 500 (4:41.85).<\/p>\n<p>Denison&#8217;s lone first-place came from\u00a0<strong>Jack Lindell,<\/strong> who took the 200 backstroke in a time of 1:53.15.<\/p>\n<p>The Kenyon Lords also claimed both the 200 medley relay (<strong>Matthew Cooper, <\/strong>Manz<strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>Funk, and Gates)\u00a0and the 200 freestyle relay (Funk, Gates, Duronio, and <strong>Wyatt Semenuk<\/strong>)\u00a0with a 1:32.32 and 1:23.86, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Denison University Big Red also swept both boards at the meet, with <strong>Max Levy<\/strong> winning the one-meter competition with a score of 316.95, just edging out teammate\u00a0<strong>Ben Lewis<\/strong>, who finished with a 314.18.\u00a0<strong>Brian Allen\u00a0<\/strong>won the three-meter competition with a 323.25.<\/p>\n<p>Kenyon head coach <b>Jess Book<\/b> had this to say about the meet: &#8220;I think we fulfilled our goal to compete, which is all we&#8217;re trying to do at this point in the season. I&#8217;m happy with what we did today.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s Meet<\/h2>\n<p>The Kenyon Ladies and the Denison Big Red had a much harder fought battle than the men&#8217;s meet, with Denison edging out Kenyon with 10 events won to Kenyon&#8217;s six.<\/p>\n<p>Denison was led by\u00a0<strong>Carolyn Kane<\/strong>, who took the 50 free (23.72) and the 100 fly (57.24),\u00a0<strong>Ashley Yearwood<\/strong>, winning the 100 back (57.98) and the 100 free (52.23), and\u00a0<strong>Marissa Bednarek<\/strong>, who took the 200 breast (2:20.39) and tied Kenyon&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Katie Kaestner<\/strong> for the 100 breast (1:04.10). <strong>Campbell Costley&#8217;s\u00a0<\/strong>sub-5 minute 500 (4:59.89) and\u00a0<strong>Halli Garza<\/strong> rounded out the individual wins for the Big Red with her victory in the 200 fly (2:04.22). Denison&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Eva Vivero&#8217;s\u00a0<\/strong>victory on the three-meter competition, with a score of 213.75 points, also helped them out.<\/p>\n<p>Victorious Kenyon Ladies included\u00a0<strong>Mariah Williamson&#8217;s<\/strong> victory in the 1000 (10:15.56),\u00a0<strong>Abby Wilson<\/strong>, who took the 200 free (1:51.71), Kaestner&#8217;s tie with Bednarek in the 100 breast,\u00a0<strong>Caitlyn Foley<\/strong>, winning the 200 back (2:06.61), and\u00a0<strong>Marysol Arce<\/strong>, who took the 400 IM (4:29.84).\u00a0<strong>Maria Zarka<\/strong> dominated the one-meter competition, with a score of 269.40, over 60 points higher than her nearest competitor.<\/p>\n<p>The Big Red women also took both relays.
