WHAT is being done to build the development of future leaders within the sport of swimming?  In an activity as dynamic as swimming, it is absolutely essential that leadership development is constant.  The leadership at the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) recognized this, and as a result, has created the ASCA Fellows Program.  <\/p>\n<p>Notre Dame men&#39;s head coach Tim Welsh is the director of this program and talks with SWTV about how the project works.
