MAKE A Splash is an exciting, new program that is attempting to bring ethnic diversity into swimming. In this exclusive video, SwimmingWorld.TV interviews John Cruzat Jr., USA Swimming&#39;s diversity specialist, who is spearheading the effort. <\/p>\n<p>Cruzat details the promising model program that is now in place in Atlanta, Ga. The program has been developed in cooperation with a number of local organizations aimed at providing aquatic experiences to young people in the area. The three main components of the Atlanta program center on learn-to-swim programs, aquatic fitness and lifeguard training. All elements of this type of programming are locally driven.
