Kong.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"\/results\/2015-fina-world-cup-hong-kong-prelims-heat-sheets\/international-elite\/2015\/September\/25\" target=\"_blank\">2015 FINA World Cup Hong Kong: Prelims Heat Sheets<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not much has changed since our original report on the psych sheets, so here it is again:<\/p>\n<p>A trio of backstroke battles between swimming stars <strong>Missy Franklin<\/strong> and <strong>Emily Seebohm<\/strong> are on top for the 2015 FINA World Cup Hong Kong meet this weekend is the psych sheets hold up.<\/p>\n<p>The top two backstrokers in the world throughout the past few years are set to compete in the 50-100-200 triumvirate of events in the stroke.<\/p>\n<p>Franklin, meanwhile, will also swim in the 100 and 200 freestyle events.<\/p>\n<p>Seebohm\u00a0will be joined by the sprint sisters of <strong>Bronte<\/strong> and <strong>Cate Campbell<\/strong> as that duo are set to swim in the 50 and 100 freestyle events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Katinka Hosszu<\/strong>, the overall points and money leader in the FINA World Cup, has her typical loaded slate as she\u2019s entered in every event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cameron van der Burgh<\/strong>, the men\u2019s points and money leader, is set to swim in the 50-100-200 breaststroke events and will be relying on fast swims to gain performance points versus Hosszu\u2019s strategy of piling up points wherever she can get them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chad le Clos<\/strong>, the reigning champion of the FINA World Cup series, is sitting this meet out.<\/p>\n<p>Franklin is joined by <strong>Madison Kennedy<\/strong> as the lone two women from Team USA to compete in Hong Kong as Kennedy is set to swim in the 50-100 free as well as the 50-100 back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alia Atkinson<\/strong> is another regular on the scene, set to swim in the 50-100 free, 50-100-200 breast, 50 fly and 200 IM. <strong>David Verraszto<\/strong> is also set to pick up some money with a heavy event slate, swimming in the 1500 free, 200 back, 200 breast, 200 fly, 200 IM and 400 IM as the longer-distance events all typically have weak levels of entries at the World Cups.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jeanette Ottesen<\/strong> is also scheduled to compete with entries\u00a0in the 50 free and 50 fly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A day
