Using the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">USA Swimming<\/a><\/strong> Virtual Club Championship team rank for 11-14 year olds, the highest-performing coaches were identified. These coaches are the best of the best!<\/p>\n<p>This prestigious award was first presented in 2014 to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/fitterandfaster.com\/news\/2014-age-group-coach-of-the-year-winner\" target=\"_blank\">Beth Winkowski<\/a><\/strong> of Dynamo Swim Club at last year\u2019s ASCA Banquet. Beth embodies the spirit of the award with her passion for working with young athletes. She explained, \u201cBy the time swimmers get to college, they\u2019re pretty much fully formed.
