She did that, qualifying 11th with a 24.91.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wanted to go out and stay with them as best as I could,\u201d Manuel said. \u201cI\u2019m pretty happy with the morning placing sixth in the 100 free final with a 53.93, she said she had to put the race behind her in order to have a clear head before the splash-and-dash intensity of the 50 free.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI couldn\u2019t really think too much about my 100 free,\u201dshe said. \u201cI wasn\u2019t that happy with that swim, but I\u2019m getting a lot of experience and learning a lot about my 100 and all of
