He didn\u2019t like the way he swam it, but knew he had the opportunity to fix the mistakes in tonight\u2019s race.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe swim was all over the place,\u201d he said. \u201cThat\u2019s my second-fastest time ever. One of the chief rivals will be Hungary\u2019s <strong>Laszlo Cseh<\/strong>, who posted a very fast 1:53.71 in Shields\u2019 heat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI could tell at the 100 wall he was going to be
