CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 10. XAVIER announced the signing of 14 student-athletes that will join the team for the 2007-08 season. The women's spring class includes Kerry Wright, Lynn Fahey, Bethanie Griffin and Holly Hoover. On the men's side, the spring class includes Andy Knight, Terence Mahon, Alberto Gomez, Nathan Green, John Roof, John Nolan, Michael Franke, Chris Piechnik, John Buckley and Andrew Viglione. <\/p>\n
"We are happy that these 14 have selected Xavier to continue their swimming career and embark on their collegiate academic career. All of them have attained excellence in the classroom, the pool and throughout their respective communities," said head coach Steve Riegler. "Adding these athletes to our program will allow us to maintain the level of success we've had the last few seasons here at Xavier."<\/p>\n
