CHINA notched the first and third-best performances in men&#39;s tower preliminary competition at the FINA World Championships in Melbourne, Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Zhou Luxin tallied 537.60 points for the top spot, including three dives counting for more than 90 points.  He saved his best for last with 96.90 points coming from a reverse 3.5 somersault from the tuck position).<\/p>\n<p>Teammate Lin Yue finished third with 461.90 points, including 97.20 points from his fourth-round dive (an armstand backward two somersaults with 2.5 twists from the free position).<\/p>\n<p>Russia&#39;s Gleb Galperin split the difference with a second-place total of 502.05 points.
