CHINA posted another dominant day of preliminary diving action at the FINA World Championships in Melbourne, Australia.<\/p>\n<p><b>Men&#39;s One-Meter Prelims<\/b><br \/>\nOnce again, China reigned in diving with Luo Yutong (466.50) and He Chong (423.30) taking the top two spots in prelims.  Luo&#39;s top dive, the best of the day, came with a third-round reverse 2.5 somersault from the pike position for 83.20 points.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Belarus&#39; Siarhei Kuchmasau took third with a 387.75 tally.  The top American finish came from Chris Colwill, who took fourth with 387.05 points.<\/p>\n<p><a href=http:\/\/65.110.72.225\/SPIPDF\/F73E_DetResIndidivual_3_Prelim_1m_springboard_men.pdf target=_blank>Click Here to view event results PDF file<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Women&#39;s Tower Prelims<\/b><br \/>\nChina went 1-3 in the 10-meter preliminary competition with Chen Ruolin (400.80) and Wang Xin (366.45) taking first and third, respectively.  Mexico&#39;s Paola Espinosa split the difference with a second-place 367.15.<\/p>\n<p>Chen&#39;s best dive came in the last round with 86.70 points scored from a backward 2.5 somersaults with 1.5 twists from a pike position.  The top dive of the day, though, belonged to Wang as she hit the same dive for 91.80 points.
