THE California quartet of Emily Silver, Erin Reilly, Jessica Hardy and Dana Vollmer gave the Bears another American and NCAA record with a blazing fast time of 3:12.13 to win the 400 freestyle relay.  That effort eclipsed the AR of 3:13:38 set by Georgia in 2006.  It also surpassed the NCAA record of 3:12.77 set by Arizona in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Wildcat team of Lacey Nymeyer, Lindsey Kelly, Anna Turner and Whitney Myers placed second with a time of 3:13.36 that also went under the AR, while Georgia&#39;s squad of Jessica Cole, Anna Miller, Kelly McNichols and Kara Lynn Joyce finished third in 3:14.31.<\/p>\n<p> NCAA Division I Champ.
