IN the final two weekends of the SwimmingWorldMagazine.com Meet of the Week program, we have three exciting meets on tap. In Division I, we will spotlight the ever-popular Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet held Feb. 3-4 in Princeton, N.J. Meanwhile, Division II offers a top-10 clash between No. 10\/11 Ashland and No. 4\/3 Wayne State in Detroit, Mich on Feb. 2. Our final match-up will be No. 5\/11 Rowan at Kutztown in Division III on Feb. 3.<\/p>\n<p>Next week, we will feature the Stanford\/California Pac-10 brawl on Feb. 10 to close out the inaugural run of the Meet of the Week program.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a quick preview of the Rowan\/Kutztown match-up:<\/p>\n<p><b>Date and Time:<\/b> Saturday, February 3, 2007 \u2013 1 p.m.<br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> Kutztown, Pa.<br \/>\n<b>Facility:<\/b> Keystone Natatorium<br \/>\n<b>Collegeswimming.com Rankings:<\/b><br \/>\nMen:<br \/>\nRowan: 5<br \/>\nKutztown: NR<\/p>\n<p>Women:<br \/>\nRowan: 11<br \/>\nKutztown: NR<\/p>\n<p><b>Rowan&#39;s Last Time Out:<\/b><br \/>\nRowan swept host Montclair State University on Jan. 27. The men won 151-111 while the women had a 143-97 victory.<\/p>\n<p>The men won the 200 medley relay (1:40.28) and the 400 freestyle relay (3:18.97). The medley relay consisted of Kevin Baker, Kevin Ovalle, Kevin Wallace and Dan Kelley. The free relay members were Baker, Nick Giacopelli, Wallace and Kelley. Baker won two individual events, the 100 breast (1:01.70) and the 200 IM (2:03.21). Kelley was a double winner with first places in the 50 free (22.26) and 100 fly (55.18). Giacopelli also had two first places, the 200 free (1:47.69) and the 100 free (50.37). Chris Sykes won the 100 back (56.25) and Billy Swenson was the winner in the 200 back (2:00.95). Jeremy Soto took first in the 200 fly (2:05.16) and Wallace finished first in the 500 free (5:03.32). Mark Anthony Spagnuolo was the winner in the 200 breaststroke (2:19.06). Jeff Brinberg took first place in both one-meter diving events. Brinberg totaled 191.85 points in the first session and he scored 289.88 in the second.<\/p>\n<p>The women had first places in the 200 medley relay (1:56.52) and the 400 freestyle relay (3:51.06). The medley relay included Stephanie McAllister, Meghan McCourt, Janina Wojcik and Lauren Hauser. Christine DiRubbo, Wojcik, Aileen Milde and Alicia Mackleer were on the free relay. Caitlin Ayres finished first in three individual events. Ayres won the 1000 free (11:06.43), the 200 fly (2:14.99) and the 200 IM (2:23.01). McAllister was the winner in the 100 (1:03.61) and 200 backs (2:17.27). In the 50 free, Wojcik finished first (25.61). Wojcik also took first place in the 100 fly (1:02.06). Lisa Rauch won the 200 free (2:04.72). Milde took first in the 100 free (56.38) while Gagnon won the 500 free (5:30.73). Samantha King finished first in the 200 breast (2:33.76).<\/p>\n<p><b>Looking forward with Rowan head coach Tony Lisa:<\/b><br \/>\n<i>We have worked hard to this point of the season and we&#39;re swimming fast. Kutztown represents a challenge for us in so many events. I expect us to have our hands full with their lineup. We don&#39;t dive in this meet, so we lose some of our strength there. I expect Coach Flannery to have his team ready for this spirited meet.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Kutztown&#39;s Last Time Out:<\/b><br \/>\nKutztown suffered a pair of losses to Shippensburg as the men fell 116-87 and the women lost 112-85.<\/p>\n<p>For the women, Staci McGinty won the 1000 free (11:16.35), while Ashley Singer doubled up with wins in the 200 free (1:58.13) and the 100 free (54.16).  Stephanie Jeppeson touched first in the 200 IM (2:13.73), while the 400 free relay of McGinty, Christine Paski, Heather Wolkom and Liz Rega won in 3:57.56.<\/p>\n<p>In the men&#39;s meet, Rich Reshetar hit the wall first in the 100 free (50.01), while Sean Bonifas won the 100 breast in 1:02.79.  The foursome of Steve Krater, Reshetar, Zane Zwillinger and Derek Orr then won the 400 free relay in 3:22.83.<\/p>\n<p><b>Looking forward with Kutztown head coach Tim Flannery:<\/b><br \/>\n<i>This is going to be our final dual meet before our PSAC Championships in February.  We have 10 swimmers who still need to hit their cut times and this weekend is their last chance.
