Hendrik Feldwehr (50 breast) and Florian Vogel (400 free) had the top swims of the night at the German National Championships.<\/p>\n

Johana Roas won the women’s 50-meter back in a time of 28.30. \u00a0That swim put her 11th in the world rankings. \u00a0Anna Dietterle posted a German junior\u00a0record\u00a0with a time of 28.79 for second, while Jenny Mensing clocked a third-place time of 29.05.<\/p>\n

Carl Louis Schwarz put up a time of 25.27 for the men’s 50-meter back title. \u00a0Jan-Philip Glania placed second in 25.42 with Marco Di Carli turning in a third-place time of 25.53.<\/p>\n

Laura Simon, fresh off a strong NCAA Championship for Virginia, topped the women’s 50-meter breast finale in a time of 31.43. \u00a0Dorothea Brandt snared second overall in 31.60 with Caroline Ruhnau earning third in 31.62.<\/p>\n

Hendrik Feldwehr, who already moved to sixth in the world with a 27.33 in qualifying, took home the men’s 50-meter breast crown in 27.35. \u00a0Christian vom Lehn placed second in 27.89 with Erik Steinhagen claiming third in 28.00.<\/p>\n

Sarah Kohler jumped to 11th in the world rankings with a 4:07.00 to win the women’s 400-meter free. \u00a0Johanna Friedrich touched the wall second in 4:09.54 with Rosalie Kathner grabbing third in 4:11.96.<\/p>\n

Florian Vogel posted a time of 3:46.53 to win the men’s 400-meter free and jump to sixth in the world rankings. \u00a0Clemens Rapp posted a second-place time of 3:48.68 with Jacob Heidtmann snagging third in 3:48.79. \u00a0Felix Aubock set a German junior record with a fourth-place time of 3:50.26.<\/p>\n

Alexandra Wenk topped the women’s 50-meter fly in 26.55 with Dorothea Brandt claiming her second silver of the night with a 26.64. \u00a0Daniela Schrieber wound up third in 27.23.<\/p>\n

Jonas Bergmann hit the wall in 23.99 for the men’s 50-meter fly title. \u00a0Florian Opitz placed second in 24.39 with Maximilian Oswald taking third in 24.43.<\/p>\n
