Though Eddie Reese has now won 11 NCAA team titles as coach at the University of Texas, the most important thing for him is seeing his athletes swim as fast as they are capable.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve got 10 rings from winning 10 championships,\u201d Reese said in an interview with the media after accepting trophy number 11. \u201cI have no clue where they are. But I know what every kid did, and how much they improved. It\u2019s always about people. The number of championships just means I\u2019m old.\u201d<\/p>\n

About halfway through the interview, Joe Schooling and Kip Darmody joined Reese to talk about their swims on Saturday. Darmody also detailed the emotions of winning a national title in his final collegiate meet.<\/p>\n
