The University of Southern California pulled off a major come-from-behind victory to defend their 800 free relay title, thanks in large part to the anchor leg swim by Reed Malone, who broke 1:32 in his swim. In an interview after the race, he and Cristian Quintero talk about overcoming N.C. State and Malone\u2019s \u201csuper bomb\u201d underwater dolphin kicks.<\/p>\n

Quintero also details the close battle with Michigan\u2019s Anders Nielsen in the final of the 200 free and the goal of breaking 1:32.<\/p>\n
