With one day remaining in the 2015 NCAA Division III Championships, the Kenyon men and Emory women are positioned to repeat as national champions. But both teams need to have a solid last morning of swimming to solidify those titles.<\/p>\n

Emory’s women have a 136.5 point lead over Denison (456.5 to 320). Williams is over 300 points as well with 306 and Kenyon can break into the top three as they are close behind with 269 points.<\/p>\n

The team title is Emory’s to lose as they have 10 swims tonight (7\/3) not including the 1650. Denison grabbed eight night swims (4\/4) and Kenyon has seven (4\/3).<\/p>\n

The men’s meet is a bit tighter at the top with Kenyon leading (348 points). Denison (260), Williams (221) and Emory (187) round out the top four teams.<\/p>\n

Andrew Wilson of Emory and Harrison Curley both broke the national record with their swims this morning, 200 breast and 200 back respectively.<\/p>\n

Kenyon has the most swims tonight, not including the 1650 and men’s three-meter diving, with seven. They will look to solidify the team race early on ahead of Denison (2\/4) and Williams (1\/3).<\/p>\n

Women’s 100 free<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anastasia Bogdanovski of Johns Hopkins takes the top seed for tonights finals with a 49.38. She is just four tenths off the national record of 48.98 set by Kendra Stern of Amherst back in 2010.<\/p>\n

Carolyn Kane of Denison is second just off the 50 second barrier with a 50.05. Emma Waddell of Emory is third with a 50.61.<\/p>\n

Kenyon’s Harrison Curley broke the D3 record by two one-hundredths with a 1:44.79 and is the top seed. The defending champ in this event also set a D3 record winning the 400 IM on Thursday.<\/p>\n
Kevin Lindgren of USMMA is second with a 1:45.63 and 100 back D3 record holder Benjamin Lin of Williams sits third (1:46.60).<\/p>\n

Emory’s Andrew Wilson does it again. Another swim, another D3 national record. This time he breaks its by a mere two and a half seconds. This young man is on fire. His swim of 1:54.68 obviously puts him as the top seed. Does he have anything left in the tank to lower it again tonight?<\/p>\n
Kyle Walthall of York is the second seed at 1:59.29 and Steven Van Deventer of Occidental is the third seed (1:59.43).<\/p>\n

Denison grabs the second seed with Ryan Fleming (44.67), Conrad Wuorinen (44.31), Damon Rosenburg (45.20) and Max Howes (45.18) swimming to a 2:59.36.<\/p>\n
