GREENSBORO- Texas A&M senior Sarah Henry was relieved and delighted with her win in the 400 IM on night two of NCAAs. Georgia’s Amber McDermott gave her a scare during the race, but Henry kept her cool and finished in a smoking 4:02.47. Winning the 400 IM in her home state her senior season is a dream come true for Henry. She was feeling the support from the crowd of 18 family members and neighbors cheering from the stands.<\/p>\n

Here Henry talks to Swimming World about bouncing back from tearing her ACL, dealing with the expectations of being top seed, and her plans for post-grad life.<\/p>\n
