For full Swimming World coverage, check out our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/2015-ncaa-womens-di-swimming-and-diving-championships\/\" target=\"_blank\">coverage\u00a0page<\/a>.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Louisville\u2019s Kelsi Worrell lowered her own NCAA and American record from prelims in the women\u2019s 100-yard fly at the NCAA Division I Women\u2019s Championships.<\/p>\n<p>Worrell, who broke the 13-year-old record of 50.01 set by Natalie Coughlin back in 2002 with a 49.89 this morning, took even more time off the record with a smoking effort of 49.81.<\/p>\n<p>With the win, she\u2019s the first female swimmer to ever win an NCAA title for Arthur Albiero\u2019s Louisville Cardinals.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Kelsi Worrell<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>On the win<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u201cI just want to give all the glory to God, I wouldn\u2019t be here without him. I just want to give all the glory to him.\u00a0I want to thank all my teammates.
