Gary Simon in 1998 with a 1:46.25 this morning, dropped a slight bit of time with a 1:46.23 to emerge victorious this evening.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s a full second drop from the time Redlands&#8217; Jeff Depew used to win this event a year ago (1:47.44).<\/p>\n<p>Mary Washington&#8217;s Hugh Anderson put up a 1:46 of his own with a second-place time of 1:46.46, while Johns Hopkins&#8217;
