After a girl pointed the man out to her mother, a group of parents cornered the Paner in the gym&#8217;s lobby.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies recovered\u00a0images of the girls in the locker room on Paner\u2019s phone.<\/p>\n<p>Paner bailed out of the Solano County Jail sometime Saturday evening, according to the Solano County Sheriff\u2019s Department.<\/p>\n<p>This was a clear felony by a member of the opposite sex, but the use of cell phones in locker rooms is a constant concern.<\/p>\n<p>USA Swimming Athlete Protection Policies heavily emphasize restricting cell phone use in locker room areas:<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><em>Cell phones and other mobile devices with recording capabilities, including voice recording, still cameras and video cameras increase the risk for different forms of misconduct in locker rooms and changing areas.
