The Midshipmen made it two consecutive men\u2019s titles by finishing with 661.5 points, while the Panthers laid claim to their first-ever women\u2019s championship following a three-day points total of 590.5.<\/p>\n<p>Following the championship performances, Navy coach Bill Roberts was named Coach of the Meet, while Pittsburgh head coach Stacy Busack shared Co-Coach of the Meet honors with Navy women\u2019s coach John Morrison.<\/p>\n<p>The Midshipmen were led on Sunday by junior Jonathan DeBaugh (Conroe, Texas), who tallied his second victory of the championships by winning the 200-fly with a time of 1:46.76. The Panthers\u2019 top results from Sunday included a fifth place finish from freshman Tia VanLandeghem (Winnipeg, Manitoba) in the 200-back and a third place finish from sophomore Kinga Cichowska (Wroclaw, Poland) in the 200-breast.<\/p>\n<p>In other action on Sunday, Navy collected the top two spots in the women\u2019s 200-butterfly with sophomore Charlotte Meyer (Bethesda, Md.) taking first place with a time of 2:00.00. Fellow sophomore Hanna Gillcrist (Burlington, Ky.) placed second with a time of 2:01.50. In the 200-back, Bucknell University took home first place finishes on both the men\u2019s and women\u2019s sides. Junior Emma Levendoski (Mandeville, La.) broke the meet record with a swim of 1:55.60, while freshman Chris Devlin (Dresher, Pa.) recorded a top time of 1:45.80.<\/p>\n<p>Other standout showings from Sunday included victories by Army freshman Sabrina Mortell (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) and Rider freshman Zachary Molloy (Toms River, N.J.) in the 1650-freestyle events and a broken meet record in the women\u2019s 200-breastroke. In the distance events, Mortell swam to a mark of 16:53.73, while Molloy posted a time of 15:28.11. In the 200-breast, University of Maryland Baltimore County sophomore Emily Escobedo (New Rochelle, N.Y.) broke the meet record by touching the wall in 2:09.88.<\/p>\n<p>Following the meet, Navy junior Tom Duvall (Durham, N.C) was named Men\u2019s Swimmer of the Meet after breaking meet records in both the 200 and 500-freestyle events on Friday and Saturday. University of New Hampshire freshman Elizaveta Baykova (Moscow, Russia) claimed the honor on the women\u2019s side following outstanding performances in the 50 (23.23), 100 (50.63), and 200-freestyle (1:47.54) events.<\/p>\n<p>Pittsburgh sophomore Anthony Galante (Cary, N.C.) earned Men\u2019s Diver of the Meet after sweeping both dive events. Galante took home gold in the three-meter with a mark of 342.60 and placed first in the one-meter with a score of 320.90.<\/p>\n<p>Pittsburgh freshman Meme Sharp (Noblesville, Ind.) was named Diver of the Meet on the women\u2019s side.
