swim of 1:57.00 with a 1:57.32 to win the 200 fly this evening.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s three strong times already so far this season. \u00a0He owns a fourth-ranked 1:56.89 from the Luxembourg Euro Meet, with his prelim swimming ranking fifth and tonight standing sixth.<\/p>\n<p>Phoenix&#8217;s Alex Coci posted a second-place time of 1:59.38 to move to 11th in the world, while Gator&#8217;s Sebastien Rousseau earned third overall in 2:00.58.<\/p>\n<p>Ireland&#8217;s Brendan Hyland (2:00.96), Club Wolverine&#8217;s Kyle Whitaker (2:02.38), Island&#8217;s Alec Page (2:03.62), Luiz Pedro Ribeiro Pereira (2:04.74) and Mexico&#8217;s Jose Martinez (2:05.85) wrapped up the A final.<\/p>\n<p>Gator&#8217;s Marcin Cieslak dominated the B final with a 2:00.49, while Great Britain&#8217;s way to a sizzling time of 24.85 in the women&#8217;s 50-meter free.<\/p>\n<p>That performance jumped her from ninth in the world to fifth overall behind some top-flight swimmers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 50 Free World Rankings<\/strong><\/p>\n[table \u201c\u201d not found \/]<br \/>\n\n<p>Canada&#8217;s Victoria Poon placed second in 25.48 to move into the top 15 in the world, while Seminole&#8217;s Sveta Khakhlova claimed third in 25.66.<\/p>\n<p>SwimMAC&#8217;s Katie Meili (25.72), Pointe-Claire&#8217;s Caroline Lapierre-Lemire (25.85), SwimAtlanta&#8217;s Amanda Weir (25.91), Hannah Riordan (26.00) and Lara Jackson (26.39) finished fourth through eighth.<\/p>\n<p>Julie Levisen topped the B final in the 50 free with a 26.19, while Pro Swim Series, and tonight picked up another $1,000 in cash with a win.<\/p>\n<p>Phoenix&#8217;s Erik Risolvato hit the wall second in 22.49 to tie James Magnussen for 10th in the world.<\/p>\n<p>NYAC&#8217;s Josh Schneider closed out the top three in 22.54, while Club Wolverine&#8217;s Geoff Cheah took fourth in 22.58.<\/p>\n<p>Club Wolverine&#8217;s Miguel Ortiz (22.61), a fast finale.<\/p>\n<p>Czech&#8217;s Simona Baumrtova wound up with bronze with a time of 1:00.80.<\/p>\n<p>Lauren Quigley (1:01.16), Hilary Caldwell (1:02.17), Danielle Hanus (1:02.98), Maddie Hess The swim cleared his personal best of 2:10.99 from the 2013 U.S. Open.<\/p>\n<p>Greater Philadelphia&#8217;s Brendan McHugh finished second in 2:13.27 for a personal best as well. That eclipsed his 2:13.87 from the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials.<\/p>\n<p>Terrapins&#8217; Sean Mahoney placed third overall in 2:16.22 to lead the rest of the group.<\/p>\n<p>Great Britain&#8217;s Calum Tait (2:16.28), Trojan&#8217;s Kosuke Kitajima (2:17.30), SwimMAC&#8217;s Mark Blazevski (2:18.17), Ireland&#8217;s Nicholas Quinn (2:18.46) and Anton Lobanov (2:20.48) rounded out the championship eight.<\/p>\n<p>Mexico&#8217;s Miguel De Lara Ojeda topped the B final with a time of 2:17.69 with Auburn&#8217;s Felipe Lima taking second in 2:18.02. \u00a0Tennessee&#8217;s Brad Craig wound up third in 2:18.48.<\/p>\n<pre><b>                       === A -
