Morley, Evans and Spratte finished second, fourth and fifth, respectively, in the 500 Freestyle. Simpson took third in the 100 Butterfly, followed by Katie Polich (fifth). In the 200 IM, Shepard earned four points with a second-place finish, while Alexandra Jacobs took sixth.

The meet was CSU’s initial of the spring season, and first in nearly two months. The loss drops the Rams’ dual-meet record to 3-4 on the year. CSU will be back in the pool on Wednesday, Jan. 28, for a dual meet against Northern Colorado. The meet will be the Rams’ Senior Night, and the team will honor its five graduating seniors.

<a
