time in the men&#8217;s 100-meter fly as he blasted the field with a sizzling time of 51.64.<\/p>\n<p>That swim decimated his previous lifetime best of 52.51 from the 2013 World University Games, and would have ranked him eighth in the world last year. \u00a0That&#8217;s still fifth among Americans in 2014, but getting into the 51-second range puts Conger in the discussion going forward.<\/p>\n<p>Texas&#8217; Tripp Cooper finished second overall with a time of 52.91, while NCAP&#8217;s Andrew Seliskar touched third with a time of 53.20.<\/p>\n<p>SwimMAC&#8217;s Ryan Lochte
