North Baltimore\u2019s Cole Buese was second with a 2:02.73 while ZachFong of Jersey Wahoos placed third with a 2:04.49.<\/p>\n<p>Less than three minutes later, Miranda was on the blocks for the fastest heat of the men\u2019s 1500 freestyle. Miranda stayed in the hunt for a top-three finish, but faded to fourth with a strong 16:33.44. Andrew Abruzzo won by more than 50 meters with a 15:52.55, ahead of the 16:26.95 by Connor Brown of Long Island. Billy Cadigan of North Baltimore was third with a 16:32.25.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Brown of Long Island Aquatic Club won his first event of the meet with a 2:21.77 in the 200 breaststroke.  Matthew Otto of Delaware, the winner of the 100 breast, was second with a 2:23.88 and Delaney Hall, who lost his swim cap after 75 meters, was third with a 2:24.10.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Golczewski of North Baltimore swept the sprint freestyles, taking the 100 free with a 53.13. Teammate Kaan Ozcan made a push in the final stretch but could only place second with a 53.25. Brown was third with a 54.05.<\/p>\n<p>Cole Buese of North Baltimore won his fourth event of the meet, taking the 200 back with a 2:05.48 with a strong push in the final 50 meters. North Baltimore went 1-2-3-4 in the event, as Jason Ewart (2:06.06), Coleman Stewart (2:07.57) and Billy Cadigan (2:08.65) rounded out the top four.<\/p>\n<p>Easop Lee was the only double winner in tonight\u2019s senior finals. The North Baltimore 14-year-old posted a 2:18.28 in the 200 backstroke, ahead of the 2:19.38 by teammate Lauren Poole and the 2:23.19 by Long Island\u2019s Beth Caruana. Lee returned to win the 200 fly, the event in which she is the reigning long course junior national champion, with a 2:15.94. North Baltimore\u2019s Sierra Schmidt was second with a 2:17.64 while Karlee Carminati of Germantown was third with a 218.65.<\/p>\n<p>Schmidt wrapped up her meet with a dominant win in the 1500 free, posting a 16:38.39. She even-split her first 500 meters with matching splits of 5:34-high, then blasted a 5:29.6 in the final 500. Carminati was comfortably in second with a 16:47.31, while North Baltimore\u2019s Maddie Runge touched out Jersey Wahoos\u2019 Molly Kowal for third, 17:11.01 to 17:11.08.<\/p>\n<p>Less than 10 minutes after finishing the 1500 free, Kowal was up for the A final of the 200 breast, and finished second to Long Island\u2019s Maggie Aroesty with a 2:38.65 to Aroesty\u2019s 2:36.77. Olivia Paoletti of Delaware Swim Team took third with a 2:40.89.<\/p>\n<p>Mary Pelton won both sprint freestyles, holding off a late charge by Cougar\u2019s Jessica Antiles in tonight\u2019s 100 free. Pelton\u2019s 57.96 beat out Antiles\u2019 58.15. Cara Treble of Long Island was third with a 58.57.<\/p>\n<p>Host team Berkeley Aquatic Club closed out the meet with their first senior victory, winning the women\u2019s 400 free relay with a 4:00.36.
