He accomplished that goal, and it is giving him confidence for an even faster swim later in the season. His big goal, he says, is to qualify for the sectional championships in the 200 fly as  a 12-year-old and he is putting in some hard work at Nation&#8217;s Capital Swim Club to make that goal a
