A 38,000-square foot facility sitting on 5.5 acres of land in the Southeast is searching for a buyer. This 23-year-old swimming program boasts 300 competitive team members and a 10-lane 25-yard pool. There is also a 60-by-40 foot four-lane pool where over 500 lessons a month are taught. The team includes Olympic Trial Qualifiers and many more on the cusp in search of college programs. The pool comes equipped with a Colorado Timing System new to the team in 2014.<\/p>\n

The facility includes a gym with over 5,000 members and 900 Silver Sneakers (members over 65 years old with a membership paid by insurance). Amenities include: two racquetball courts, a group exercise room with mirrors, a weight room, a cardio area, child care, two locker rooms, a pro shop and various office spaces that are rented out to a hair salon, a massage therapist, a music teacher (piano\/guitar), a personal trainer and the pro shop. <\/p>\n

The facility sits in a fast-growing area surrounded by 49,000 homes within a five-mile radius. <\/p>\n
