Yana Klochkova holds three wins from 1999, 2000 and 2002.<\/p>\n<p>Belmonte&#8217;s coach Fred Vergnoux told a <em>Swimming World<\/em> correspondent\u00a0that they are still experimenting with her taper. This time, they came straight from altitude camp.<\/p>\n<p>Hosszu picked up her second silver of the night, as she still has a potential eight more finals to come after scheduling 10 events this week. \u00a0Depending on how the rest of the week goes, there will likely be questions regarding over-scheduling.<\/p>\n<p>Great Britain\u2019s Hannah Miley, the reigning champion, took bronze in 4:24.74, while USA\u2019s Elizabeth Beisel placed fourth in 4:25.56.<\/p>\n<p>Japan\u2019s Miho Takahashi (4:27.61), USA\u2019s Caitlin Leverenz (4:28.74), Czech Republic\u2019s Barbora Zavadova (4:30.95) and
