GUADALAJARA, Mexico, June 30. THE 16th edition of the Pan American Games, scheduled for 2011, is headed for Guadalajara, Mexico. The decision was made at a meeting of the Pan American Sports Organization. Guadalajara had bid for the 2003 Games, but lost out to Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic.
