Just a day after racing to a sizzling 51.08 in the 100-yard fly, Nelson scorched the pool with a 51.67.<\/p>\n The 16-year-old just missed Rachel Bootsma\u2019s record of 51.53 from 2010, but is definitely making herself into one of the recruits to watch in upcoming recruiting cycles.<\/p>\n Dominique Bouchard placed second in 52.33 with Aquajets\u2019 Zoe Avestruz taking third with a 52.82 for her second bronze of the night.<\/p>\n Saint Petersburg\u2019s Melanie Margalis (53.22), Megan Romano (53.39), Mickayla Hinkle (53.75), Annie Ochitwa (53.99) and Tevyn Waddell (54.92) also competed in the A finale.<\/p>\n Stanford\u2019s Maya DiRado won the B final in 53.16 with Marie-Pier Couillard (54.00) and Hurricane\u2019s Katie Hoff (54.47) taking second and third.<\/p>\n Santa Clara\u2019s Sophie Krivokapic-Zhou (54.86), Regan Smith (55.04), Katelyn Holmquist (55.37), Mission Viejo\u2019s Katie McLaughlin (55.60) and Brooke Zeiger (56.15) also had times in the consolation heat.<\/p>\n A final<\/strong><\/p>\nWomen’s 100 back<\/h2>\n
