For all the latest coverage, check out our\u00a0<a style=\"color: #5f93ce;\" href=\"http:\/\/tv.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/events\/2014-arena-grand-prix-minneapolis\" target=\"_blank\">event coverage page<\/a>.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>MINNEAPOLIS &#8211; Beata Nelson, 16, of Southwest Aquatic Team crushed her 15-16 National Age Group record in the 100-yard fly with a 51.08 this evening at the Arena Grand Prix in Minnesota.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, <a title=\"Beata Nelson Flying High in The Speedo Performance of the Week\" href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/beata\/\" target=\"_blank\">she set the record with a national high school mark of 51.70 at the Wisconsin high school state championships<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That performance lowered Katie McLaughlin&#8217;s high school and national age group record of 51.78 from earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>Nelson&#8217;s stunning time of 51.08 is already under the 17-18 national age group record of 51.18 set by Natalie Coughlin back in 2001. \u00a0With this time of a swim, we could be witnessing the dawning of a new legend in the sport.<\/p>\n<p>McLaughlin took second tonight in 52.27 with Daniel Nack winding up third in 53.06.<\/p>\n<p>Becca Weiland (53.14), Tori Simenec (53.26), Lisa Boyce (53.97), Dominique Bouchard (54.16) and Devin Ste Marie (54.41) also turned in times in the A finale.<\/p>\n<p>Tevyn Waddell won the B final in 53.96 with Shannon Vreeland taking second in 54.05.<\/p>\n<p>Annie Ochitwa (54.10), Blake Zeiger (54.26), Marie-Pier Couillard (54.44), Zoe Avestruz (54.52), Kelsey Drake (54.57) and Ruby Martin (55.15) also swam in the consolation heat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #53565a;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gophersports.com\/livestats\/c-swim\/\" target=\"_blank\">LIVE RESULTS<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #53565a;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><a style=\"color: #5f93ce;\" title=\"Conor Dwyer Scratches 100 Breast Finals in Arena Grand Prix Thursday Night Heat Sheets\" href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/conor-dwyer-scratches-100-breast-finals-arena-grand-prix-thursday-night-heat-sheets\/\" target=\"_blank\">HEAT SHEETS<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<pre><b> Event 5  Women 100 Yard Butterfly<\/b>\r\n=========================================================================\r\n    Name                  Age Team              Prelims     Finals Points \r\n=========================================================================\r\n<b>                            === A -
