The University of Michigan held a quad meet against Texas, Louisville and Indiana.  Connor Jaeger made a huge splash in the 1000 freestyle exhibition heat with not only a new pool record but Jaeger posted the second fastest time in the history of the event 8:41.09.  This time sits behind Erik Vendt\u2019s 8:36.49 from 2008.  Watch out, this is some early season speed.
