For more information about Agon, visit their website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.agonswim.com\">Agonswim.com<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>FORT WORTH &#8211;\u00a0Rhory Legendre, a senior at The Woodlands High School in The Woodlands, Tex., has verbally committed to swim for the TCU Horned Frogs next season.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am very excited to add to their distance program and compete in the Big 12 Conference next fall,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I hope to make an impact for the Horned Frogs right away.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Legendre, who trains at The Woodlands Swim Team, has already put up times that would make finals at the Big 12 Championships. His best events include the 200 free (1:43.02), 500 free (4:33.90), 1000 free (9:29.38), 1650 free (15:39.69), 200 fly (1:55.68) and 400 IM (4:43.16, LCM). He&#8217;s ranked 22nd in the state of Texas in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.collegeswimming.com\/swimmer\/235936\/\">Collegeswimming.com<\/a>&#8216;s recruit rankings.<\/p>\n<p>Legendre&#8217;s 1650 free time would have placed third at the 2014 Big 12 Championships, while his 200 and 500 free times would have made the B final.<\/p>\n<p>Legendre placed seventh in the 1500m free at this summer&#8217;s NCSA Summer Championships in Indianapolis, and has qualified for both the winter (800m and 1500m free) and summer Junior National Championships (1650y free).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Agon is the proud sponsor of all high school coverage (recruiting, results, state championships, etc.) on SwimmingWorld.com.
