9:00.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 100 free<\/h2>\n<p>Russia&#8217;s Sergiy Fesikov provided the only sub 48-second time of the morning with a 47.83, while China&#8217;s Lin Yongqing finished second in 48.15.<\/p>\n<p>FINA points leader Chad le Clos of South Africa took third in 48.27 with Australia&#8217;s Edward McKendry placing fourth in 48.60.<\/p>\n<p>Germany&#8217;s Steffen Deibler (48.78), China&#8217;s Ling Huanan (49.23), Germany&#8217;s Robin Backhaus (49.30) and China&#8217;s Liu Junwu (49.33) also made the finale.<\/p>\n<p>On the Michael Andrew watch, for those following the as the Iron Lady Katinka Hosszu threw down a 1:54.49 to lead the way in the 200 free preliminary qualifying. \u00a0Youth Olympic Games standout Shen Duo raced her way to second in 1:56.49 with Zhang Sishi earning third in 1:56.56.<\/p>\n<p>China&#8217;s Sun Meichun (1:56.60) and Zhang Yuhan (1:56.87) also made the finale with USA&#8217;s Elizabeth Beisel putting up a 1:57.39 for sixth overall to (27.74) and Yan Zibei (27.76) took second and third, with Hungary&#8217;s Daniel Gyurta placing fourth in 27.82. \u00a0China&#8217;s Li Xiang also cleared 28 with a 27.98.<\/p>\n<p>Trinidad and Tobago&#8217;s George Bovell placed sixth in 28.03 with 15-year-old pro Michael Andrew took seventh in 28.18 for his first career World Cup final.<\/p>\n<p>Xue Jiajia and Zhou Guangci set up a swimoff with matching 28.19s for eighth-place. Hosszu will be looking to add to her already astounding total of medals this year, while Dekker will likely keep up with her dominance of the sprint events.<\/p>\n<p>China&#8217;s Chen Xinyi (57.72), Lu Ying (58.17) and Liu Lan (58.20) took fourth through sixth, while Australia&#8217;s Marieke D&#8217;Cruz finished seventh in 58.40. \u00a0China&#8217;s Liu Zige barely made the finale in Masaki Kaneko (52.68) and China&#8217;s Li Guangyuan (53.18) qualified fourth through sixth.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Andrew claimed his second finals swim of the evening with a seventh-place 54.14, while
