USA Diving selected Olympian Cassandra Cardinell, incoming freshman Brittney Feldman and two-time Big Ten Diver of the Year and of the Championships Christina Loukas to the USA Diving International Team.  The trio of Hoosiers will compete at the 2006 Canada Cup and the 2006 Speedo USA Diving Grand Prix to be held on May 11-14 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I have been coaching for 30 years, and I am pretty pumped,&quot; Indiana head diving coach Dr. Jeff Huber said. &quot;It is nice to have our plans for the future start to fall into place.  I just hope this serves as a springboard for our continued work towards the Beijing Olympics in 2008.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Cardinell and Loukas made the cut for the Canada Cup held in Victoria, British Columbia on May 5-7.  Loukas will compete in the individual three-meter division, while doing battle in the synchronized platform with Cardinell.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Loukas also will dive in individual three-meter action at the Speedo Grand Prix, while teaming with Cardinell in the synchronized platform event.  Additionally, Cardinell will vie for the individual platform crown, while Feldman and Loukas will participate in the synchronized three-meter competition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BLOOMINGTON, Ind.April 26.
