THE SwimMAC Carolina Elite Team provided fans a look into a rather atypical way of warming up for practice in a high-speed video taken at the pool at Davidson College.<\/p>\n<p>In the video you\u2019ll see such notable names as Olympic champions Tyler Clary and Cullen Jones take their time getting into the pool and put in about 300 yards before head coach Dave Marsh arrives. Clary acts as the group\u2019s joker, exhibiting a bit of horseplay before diving in and splashing those still on deck after he\u2019s swum 50 yards.<\/p>\n<p>Marsh guides his athletes through a breath-holding set that has them diving from the side of the pool to the bulkhead about 10 yards down the pool.
