PHOENIX, Arizona, October 13. ON today’s edition of The Morning Swim Show<\/i>, Masters swimming coach Dirk Marshall talks about winning a coveted award and the work he does to keep children and adults fit. <\/p>\n

He discusses the tactics he used to convince nearly his entire team to compete in the meet, and the tough events he asked them to swim. Despite a mindset of requiring his athletes to race some of the toughest events, Marshall said he wants his athletes to treat a meet like a party and to not complain about a bad swim.
