AMANDA Beard&#39;s Blog: <\/p>\n<p>There has already been a lot of exciting action in the pool as we head into Day 3 of the 8th FINA World Swimming Championships in Shanghai and today is going to be another big day.  Most of the top female swimmers are in action and there are three races in particular that I\u2019d definitely keep an eye out for. <\/p>\n<p>In the women\u2019s 100m free, Libby Lenton of Australia is going up against fellow Team Speedo swimmer Hanna-Maria Sepala of Finland.  Both have had a really strong meet so far, with Libby swimming the quickest relay split ever in the 4x100m freestyle team to bring the Australian team home to gold and Hanna-Maria qualifying second and third fastest for her finals.
