IN the hours since the news broke that <a href=http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/michael-phelps-charged-with-dui-in-baltimore\/>Michael Phelps was charged with driving under the influence and speeding in Baltimore<\/a>, the swimming community has taken to Twitter to let their opinions known.
