CLEARWATER, Florida, September 28. Cooper Hoffman, the 13th-ranked swimmer in the loaded State of Florida by CollegeSwimming.com<\/a>, is headed to Florida State out of the Class of 2015.<\/p>\n

Hoffman trains with Tampa Bay Community Aquatics, and has a mixture of sprint freestyle and backstroke ability.<\/p>\n

Hoffman holds a 20.88 in the 50-yard free and a 45.83 in the 100-yard free. \u00a0He also has a 50.36 in the 100-yard back, and a 24.16 in the 50-yard back as he could work himself into sprint medley duty at some point in his career as well.<\/p>\n

This past year, while swimming for Countryside High in Florida, he helped the squad 200 free relay en route to a fourth-place team finish at the 4A State Championships.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
