EARLIER this summer, <a href=\"http:\/\/scaq.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">consummate swim blogger Tony Austin of the SCAQ Blog<\/a> decided to enter a fun sweepstakes contest called the Create Your Own Athlete Superhero Comic Book Cover Contest sponsored by The Gatorade Company. \u00a0He worked with his friend Mark Savage, an amazing photographer who often shoots swimming in Southern California, to produce a quality image to submit. \u00a0And, Austin wound up being one of the winners.<\/p>\n<p>That meant that DC Comics took Savage&#8217;s picture of Austin to create a digital image illustration to make Austin a superhero in a comic book coverage image seen below.<\/p>\n<p>The contest is part of <a href=\"http:\/\/leagueofcaptains.gatorade.com\/#\/comics\" target=\"_blank\">The League of Captains<\/a> campaign that linked up with DC Comics to create online comic books of some of the top athletes in sports. This partnership includes comic books such as The Sheriff with Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning and MegaWatt for Houston Texas defensive lineman J.J.
