GOLD COAST, Australia, August 24. CANADA started off the night at the Pan Pacific championships with medals in both distance events thanks to gold from Ryan Cochrane in the men\u2019s 800 free and bronze from Brittany MacLean in the women\u2019s 1500 free. The two talked about continuing to swim well after the Commonwealth Games and getting ready for the next season.<\/p>\n
