IN a few months, the World Short Course Championships will take place in Shangahi, China. But, FINA is also looking to the future as it has announced the three finalists for the 2010 edition of the World Short Course Champs. Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, Istanbul (Turkey) and Singapore have been pegged as possible hosts.<\/p>\n<p>The decision on which city lands the 2010 event will arrive during the Shanghai competition and will follow visits to the three contending cities by members of FINA.
