DENVER, Colorado. January, 31. THREE swimmers from the University of Denver swimming and diving team have found spots on the national Top 100 list for individual events. The list is compiled by Taper and Shave, an independent times aggregator in Carmichael, Calif.<\/p>\n
Kelsey Totura (Castle Rock, Colo.) is the highest ranking member of the Pioneer team, coming in at No. 42 in the 200-back with a time of 2:00.39. She also ranks No. 53 in the 100-back with a time of 56.45. Marcus Christianson (Hutchinson, Minn.) is next at No. 49 in the 100-breast with a time of 56.23. Christianson also ranks No. 76 in the 200-breast with a time of 2:04.63.<\/p>\n
Sophomore Matt Diotte (Auburn, Wash.), is the other Pioneer with a nationally-ranked time. He ranks No. 92 in the 50-free with a time of 20.72.<\/p>\n
The Pioneer relays also have found spots on the national list. The men\u2019s 200-free relay comes in at No. 53 with a time of 1:28.89, while the 400-free relay and 800-free relay come in at No. 62 and No. 79 with times of 3:06.02 and 7:04.00, respectively. The men\u2019s 200-medley relay ranks No. 52 (1:33.15) and the 400-medley relay ranks No. 63 (3:25.99).<\/p>\n
The women\u2019s relays are equally as impressive. The 200-free relay ranks No. 55 with a time of 1:36.21, while the 400-free relay (3:28.71) and 800-free relay (7:27.73) rank at No. 49 and No. 32. The 200-medley relay (1:47.23) comes in at No. 67 and the 400-medley relay rounds out at No. 52 with a time of 3:51.72. <\/p>\n
