That\u2019s not quite his world-leading 1:45.08 from the Commonwealth Games, but it was more than enough to win the title tonight.<\/p>\n<p>Japan\u2019s Kosuke Hagino, one of the most well-rounded swimmers in the world, took second in 1:46.08.
