Aggies\u2019 Sarah Henry (4:42.31), California\u2019s Caitlin Leverenz (4:43.23) and SwimMAC\u2019s Kate Mills (4:44.41) rounded out the heat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #53565a;\">Bulldogs\u2019 Hali Flickinger dominated the B final with a sterling time of 4:39.26. \u00a0That time shot her up to 17th in the world rankings, while smashing her previous personal best of 4:43.08 from last year\u2019s U.S. Open. \u00a0Kansas\u2019 Chelsie Miller touched second in the consolation heat with a 4:44.12, while Flickinger\u2019s teammate Emily Cameron earned third in 4:44.64.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #53565a;\">Brooke Zeiger hit the wall in 4:46.05 to win the C final of the distance medley. \u00a0She was much faster a year ago at the 2013 U.S. Open with a lifetime best 4:42.89, but still managed to top the bonus heat tonight. \u00a0SoCal\u2019s Ella Eastin popped a 4:48.34 for second, while FAST\u2019s Lauren Edelman earned third in 4:49.57.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/DesktopDefault.aspx?TabId=1418&amp;Alias=Rainbow&amp;Lang=en\" target=\"_blank\">LIVE STREAM<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.omegatiming.com\/Competition?id=00010E0103FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF&amp;day=3\" target=\"_blank\">LIVE RESULTS<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Photo by Griffin Scott Editorial coverage for U.S. Senior Nationals proudly sponsored by Master Spas!
