Duke Diving\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Jordan Windle<\/strong>\u00a0(Morrisville, N.C.) won his second title of the championships, pairing with\u00a0<strong>Cameron Thatcher<\/strong>\u00a0(Powell, Ohio) of the Ohio State Dive Club for gold in boys\u2019 14-18 synchronized 3-meter, while Thatcher\u2019s club teammate\u00a0<strong>Estee Pryor<\/strong>\u00a0(New Albany, Ohio) and North Carolina Diving\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Elisabeth Dawson<\/strong>\u00a0(Durham, N.C.) won girls\u2019 14-18 synchronized 3-meter.\u00a0 GC Diving\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Hailey Hernandez<\/strong>(Southlake, Texas) and Pine Crest\u2019s\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Kevin Mendez<\/strong>\u00a0(Lighthouse Point, Fla.) won 11-and-under platform titles.<\/p>\n<p>Windle, who had already won the 14-18 boys\u2019 synchronized platform title\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1552297315\">on Monday<\/span>, and Thatcher paired for 304.95 points to win\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1552297316\">Tuesday\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0boys\u2019 synchronized 3-meter competition.\u00a0<strong>Henry Fusaro<\/strong>\u00a0(Scottsdale, Ariz.) of Clavadistas del Sol and\u00a0<strong>Christopher Law<\/strong>\u00a0(San Antonio, Texas) of Alamo Area Aquatics were second with 281.73 points, and Dominion Dive Club teammates\u00a0<strong>Gregory Duncan<\/strong>\u00a0(Vienna, Va.) and\u00a0<strong>Benjamin Schiesl<\/strong>\u00a0(Fairfax, Va.) took third at 266.04.<\/p>\n<p>Pryor and Dawson finished with 281.19 points to take the girls\u2019 14-18 3-meter synchro title, with second place going to GC Diving teammates\u00a0<strong>Lauren Crown<\/strong>\u00a0(Southlake, Texas) and\u00a0<strong>Mackenzie Willborn<\/strong>\u00a0(Flower Mound, Texas) at 277.89. Indiana Diving Club teammates\u00a0<strong>Sarah Bacon<\/strong>\u00a0(Indianapolis, Ind.) and\u00a0<strong>Brooke Schultz<\/strong>\u00a0(Indianapolis, Ind.) scored 261.42 points for third.<\/p>\n<p>Hernandez, who won the silver medal on 3-meter\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1552297317\">on Monday<\/span>, won the girls\u2019 11-and-under platform in a close contest with 3-meter champion\u00a0<strong>Remi Edvalson<\/strong>\u00a0(Saratoga, Calif.). Hernandez came out ahead on platform, scoring 217.35 to Edvalson\u2019s 215.65. Rose Bowl\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Alexandra Warshaw<\/strong>\u00a0(Glendale, Calif.) was third with 205.70 points.<\/p>\n<p>Mendez won his second career junior national title on platform, having also won gold on the event in 2013. A day after taking 1-meter silver, Mendez scored 219.45 points for the win on platform. GC Diving\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Jackson Miller<\/strong>\u00a0(Southlake, Texas), the 1-meter champion\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1552297318\">on Monday<\/span>, finished second with 214.15 points, and Montgomery Dive Club\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Maxwell Weinrich<\/strong>\u00a0(Brookeville, Md.) took third with 199.55 points.<\/p>\n<p>The USA Diving Junior National Championships run through\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1552297319\">August 9<\/span>. In all, 28 junior national titles will be awarded throughout the championships.
